Room smelled like mildew and chemicals. Upon request, staff moved me to another room that didn't smell 'as bad' but still smelled. Two TVs in a suite, but only one remote that only worked the TV in bedroom. No coat hangers. Dirty walls, stained lampshade. Not what I expected. Left early for a different hotel at my cost and no refund. Not happy.

My first room the deadbolt wouldn’t lock, I was told maintenance will fix it next day, I pressed for a different room. The hotel is hard to find in a dark area with a lot of construction. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Upset with AC unit

The AC wasnt cooling down at all. When we first got in the room it was very hot and made a terrible sound then we turned it down and never cooled down. When we got back to go to sleep i called the front desk asking for a fan and they responded to my standards rude. Like why would the hotel have fans and responded no. The AC unit made a more squeaky sound through out the night. Also the restroom had crickets in it. It was pretty clean for the most part but just very upsetting with the heat. The morning we tried the breakfast and the seating area was super hot. We litterly got our food to go and ate in the car. Very upsetting...

Absolutly loved the new Costa coffee! I will be back just based on that, lol! I didnt notice this trip, but it would be great to have the coffee available 24/7. For coming in after long day driving. The best ever coffee!
