We like to stay at La Quinta because they allow our small dog to stay with us. This La Quinta is a bit outdated. Specific issues with our room included: the office chair was old and all of the fake leather had worn off of it. The baseboard was stained with old vomit or some other type of grossness. The light up mirror in the bathroom did not light up. The mattress was the hardest most spring thing I have slept on since summer camp in the 1980s. Since I don’t believe in simply complaining, I would like to say that the sheets were clean, there was no weird smells. The breakfast buffet was OK. The coffee was hot. The staff was friendly. Would I stay here again? Most likely not.
This was the office chair in our room.
This looked to me like someone had thrown up and it splattered onto the baseboard. Unknown substance.

Great rooms friendly people

Everything was great. People very helpful especially the gentleman who checked us in. We had a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was really large but the chair for the shower was huge. Too big for the tub Could use a little more choice of breakfast. Maybe bagels, or danish.

Text message encouraged to use app to make check in faster.Uploaded information to app and was then asked for same info again at check in and was told by staff "they could not access that information"Entire hotel smelled of mildew.Room bathroom needs to be redone - lighting behind mirror did not work, toilet seat was broken, water pressure not good, obvious leak in ceiling and down wall had a VERY bad patch job done and paint was peeling off ceiling.Location is good, comfortable bed and hotel was quiet.

We arrived In the early morning hours with a a reservation and once we finally got checked in we went to our room which was not ac cooled. We were tired and going to bed and noticed insects (German roaches) infested the mattresses and headboard. We were finally issued another room and sent to the fourth floor. The room was adequate yet hot inside. The young lady at the front desk would not give us door cards to the new room without surrender v the door card for the infested room. That didn’t sit well since I wanted to inspect the new room for bugs. The new room was across the hall from the Elevator and every time the elevator made it to the 4tb floor it sounded like it was as tearing the elevator apart with a loud metallic bang. We were told that breakfast was served from 6 AM to 10 AM and when we arrive for breakfast having not gotten a lot of sleep at 9:15 they were tearing the breakfast down and putting it away so we did not get to eat all we wanted nor were all the items available. We were not the only person that got the same message. The lobby was also without AC and the front doors were wide open morning and night

Out dated hotel

The front desk agent wasn't very friendly. The hotel is very out dated. The bed was hard and a/c didnt cool the room very well. I will never book here again. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading.
