We really did a day trip to destin for the beach but didnt want to kill our budget. So we picked best western. The front desk clerk was named Jennifer? And she was nice and welcoming. She got us checked in promptly. The room was clean the bathroom was stocked. The breakfast was decent for what it was. The pool could be bigger but my kids enjoyed it before checkout and speaking of checkout it was perfect!!

Less Impressed this time around

I have stayed at this hotel many times and over the past few years and "things" have gone down hill over the past 12 months. Maybe the competition is causing this, but BW should self diagnose the condition and service they are providing at this location.
