Customer service is good. Room is clean. However the air conditioner or heater is so loud. When it is running, definitely it will wake you up. In addition, we have to plug in the TV cable to watch TV, and the tissue box was not setting proper, we have to pull it out, and finally get the tissue. In summary, good customer service, room is okey vers the price.

The TV did not work, nor did the clock radio. The toilet paper was left hanging from both rolls as if someone else had already been in the room. Ogre than that, it was ok.
