I will not ding the property for things out of their control. This is a lovely place that has a major construction project underway next door. Traffic has been re-routed and getting into the parking lot is very confusing until you know. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, price is fair. Highly recommend!

The hot tub and pool were dirty. Nice pool area with sauna and gym, but the pool needed to be cleaned. The outlets in the room didn't work well. We only found 2 that would change a cell phone.

I was just making a quick trip to Portland to have some parts rebuilt. Jumping across the river saved me some money. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. It was a great experience.

There was construction everywhere. No notice of the detour to park in the hotel. The mattress of the extra bed we requested was awful. Nobody could sleep on those hard springs. The potatoes during breakfast had too much of some season we couldn’t eat them. Staff was not friendly.

Staff was limited, one person. She was all about rules. Must be they've had problems. Room was clean and updated. Parking was free. Stairway and balcony to rooms were dirty, railing needed paint. Best thing was the ocean view, right on the ocean. Big window in kitchenette.Older motel yet the price was reasonable. Took some great pictures of the high tide and the large arched rock was awesome.
