Overall this was a very good hotel. We got into the area a couple of hours early and before official check-in and they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours before official check-in time. There was a free subtle from the airport to the hotel which was efficient and helpful. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall this was a good experience and I would use this hotel again if I am ever in the Vancouver area.

Great Stay Near the Airport

The hotel room was comfy and was very quiet considering it was near the airport. The hotel is located near two grocery stores which is very handy for acquiring snacks.

The hotel had a shuttle from the airport, limited dining in the the area, poor sidewalks to the dining area on a very busy road and no restaurant or bar at the hotel. The did have a bus to the cruise port with two other stops along the way and had to let us out one block from the port. I would rate the experience an 8.

The hotel neede a little sprucing up although it was clean. The airport shuttle was prompt. Breakfast offerings were very limited, no even any fruit.

Very comfortable

It was a great hotel and even allowed us to check in to one of the rooms early to have somewhere for our luggage while they cleaned the other room. The only complaint I have is the noise. Not from the street but the other hotel room doors closing and opening. Great location though and the airport shuttle was great.
