We had the worst experience staying at the hotel!We transferred to 3 different rooms in 24 hrs because of the unacceptable condition the rooms were in. I want to reiterate that that in the 24 hours, we only stayed on the 1st two rooms for 10 hours. The list below are verified by the hotel staff because he personally went to the room to check it. Aside from him checking it, I was also talking to Expedia on the phone. It was happening simultaneously to make sure that everything is documented. Expedia sent an email to the hotel, and the staff confirmed that it was received, and that the manager is informed. We also have photos of the things we are complaining about. Here is the list of my complaints:
1. Every single room was not cleaned properly and very dusty. The bathroom was most disgusting of all. The tub plug was just laying there, dirty and rustly. It was disgusting qhen that is the 1st thing you see when you go in the bathroom. The water also doesnt drain properly when you take a shower, it just makes a puddle in the tub. Utterly disgusting!
2. Update the facility from the gym,pool, and even to the mere bathroom facility inside the rooms were in, especially Rm 610 and Rm 1010
3. Change the bathtub drains, and toilet seats. Its peeling off, its rusty, its dirty.
4. Plumbing! The toilet clogged at 12 midnight, with the toilet water going over the bowl after flushing it.
5. Poor, very poor customer service, especially the manager!!!
