Felt it was way overpriced for what you get. The beds felt slanted and blown out.

The elevator button on our floor to go down and in the elevator did not light up. Hotel needs updating especially the lobby area. The room and bathroom were ok-beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. Good place if sleep but not hang out for the day.

Wa cancelled our booking due to the very bad sanitation and housekeeping of the facility bu they are unwilling to refund our payment. This property should not be allowed to operate especially in a big city like Richmond. The hotel industry must inspect the facility as it fails the sanitation requirenent big time. We have photos as proofs of how filthy the rooms are. Also, the property general manager didn't care at alk when we rased our concern to him. He has jo sense of urgency and very poor customer service!
