The room was very large, but it was not fully cleaned. There was a pair of bunched panties in the corner of the bedroom. Someone came up promptly and removed them but, it made me wonder what else was not cleaned before we checked in. It is a very convenient location.

We stayed during a horrible storm. Thousands without power. The hotel last power for a bit and water overnight totally NOT there fault. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Hotel staff offered bottle water for hygiene (i.e. washing hands).
