The location is extraordinary if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, but at the same time it’s also an issue given that there is nothing else around it. Everything is within 10-15 minutes distance in an Uber ride. Going to the city for dinner might be an issue given the traffic and the fact that you have to cross the only available bridge to downtown. You will have the option to schedule tours from the hotel to an independent company that is unreliable and expensive.

Had the all inclusive experience which was definitely the right choice as it included many dining options. Had a very nice room with a balcony and view of the ocean. If your looking to have a great time and relax this beach resort should be on your list to experience.

I read some reviews before booking and I wasn't really sure about staying here. But we decided to book anyway because we didn't want to stay in the city we wanted a beach resort. And although the water recedes most of the day. It was a beautiful resort. Relaxing and calm. Organized and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Don't always go off bad reviews. I figured those people are just complicated and will find the negative instead of focusing on the positive. We had an ocean view. It was beautiful looking out into the ocean. You are able to see the ships waiting to enter the canel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Property was about 5 miles from the city but transportation was available. Rooms were nice but the AC was marginal during the day. Pools were great as was the bar service at the pool and the lounge. staff was helpful regarding any issue or concern. The breakfast buffet was very good and dining options for lunch and dinner on property were very good but pricey.

Lovely city, lovely setting, great staff. The beach leaves something to be desired and requires shoes to be walked on. The pools were regularly cleaned but still had tree/human debris in them. Three hot tubs and not a single one has warm water in it, just pool water. Swim up pool bar was closed our whole stay. Many of the restaurants were closed or serving food in takeout containers only so options were limited. It was fine, nothing went wrong while we were there, but it absolutely could have been better and was not as advertised.

The pools were clean. The beach was nice as well. The staff were super nice. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. We got in at 9am and they let us go to our room to rest. The bartender Joel at the beach bar was super sweet. Always there ready to serve us. At the Pacifico restaurant for breakfast the gentleman who worked the outside seating was fabulous. Always there with a smile on his face and he always made my cousins coffee perfectly everytime. I would stay here again.

I would say a 4 star at best, I stayed in a renewal suite and it definitely is starting to look dated. The view was beautiful however, when facing the pools they would randomly play extremely loud music, to the point on the 16th floor you would hear the bass. No point napping here. Also, we were supposed to get perks like upgraded wifi and a special area for snacks and such…never happened. It was alright but nothing special.

the main thing that I like about this resort is that is a private area and the beach is exclusive to the Hotel, it gives you a much more safe and quiet enviroment. quality of the room are and service is great. My only down is that the coffee maker in the room is a joke. other than that it's all great.
