Room was clean but front desk was very rude. Pool disgusting with large clumps of hair in pool and around. At 1st glance i thought it was a rat. Dozens of kids playing football in water so the young kids could not swim. Very disrespectful. Couldnt get an extra pillow and key cards didnt work so we had to prop door open.

A great place to stay and wonderful options in the lounge area, nice not to have to go out to get food after hours in the car, and put it in the Togo box and went and ate near the pool and watched the kiddos play.

Shower was terrible. No floor mat which almost caused one of our family members to slip and fall. The toilet smelled like there was backed up sewer. Pillows and beds were uncomfortable. The morning breakfast was late to open. Staff seemed disinterested to assist. The hotel tech was extremely outdated. Pool was nice but the pool deck looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days with old pool towel spread around, tipped over chairs.

Very nice hotel in a popular part of town. Close to casino and bar area. Room was great and staff was accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. Only issue was lack of clean towels for second day and the pool was out of service for an extended period.
