Expedia app had issues. Kept changing date. Needed room for 7/23/25, not 8/5/25. Did not have a room for our needs. Handicap on ground floor. Have tried repeatedly to cancel reservation, but got nothing but the run around, or no one answering phone. Paid for cancellation policy. That’s nothing but a big joke. Would not recommend hotel or Expedia.

We reserved a non smoking room and found out at the check in that the room we were booked in was not pet friendly,,so there we were with two dogs and after much ado the room we were given reeked of smoke.

I stayed at Best Western several times over the past few months and each visit was just as enjoyable as the next. I got to meet several team members at Best Western and received a warm welcome each time! They are all very accommodating with anything I needed and the rooms you can expect to be perfect! They are very clean and the beds n pillows are so comfortable and wake up to a hot breakfast juice and coffee every morning! I got to have the comforts of home with the work out room and pool. I think the only thing I would change are two extra pillows in each room and larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, this would set Best Western apart from the rest for me in Montrose Colorado! Make sure to take pictures of your amenities (if you change them) hot breakfast, pool and the gym you offer for your brochure. I guarantee you will see your business rise!!! I would choose Best Western every time! Thank you for your hospitality!
