Nice property. We did have a reservation issue that nearly forced us from our room, but Samantha intervened and got it taken care of. Much thanks to her for sticking with the issue and getting it resolved.

The pool was not cleaned , it had a bee hive in it there were leaves not very good maintenance given to the pool area . The room was very clean and comfortable.

My recent visit to this establishment one of the reason we chose this it had hot tub. We got the hot tub did not work. It was cold. It looked like it been a good long time since it had worked the it appears had an electrical switch problem. The whole reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub Then they only offered room cleaning every other day if you stayed more than one day and the lady at the counter act like she got pissed off because we ask for more towels wash clothes for the price we paid very very very unsatisfied with the service we got we could’ve got better service at a budget hotel for half the price

Floor in front of the AC unit all the way to the TV stand was completely saturated. Squishy wet. Told the guy downstairs about it and he said the AC pulls moisture out of the air. Such a dumb reason. My room reeked of cleaner. There had to be a problem they were covering up. Also, checking fire alarms when I tried to check in early (which I was not allowed to do like you can at some) and then at 5:00 am the alarm went off and woke everyone up. Firemen came and nothing. I even have the conversation on video. Paid way too much for this stay. Should have received some type of kickback. Staff was less that nice and helpful and 5:00 am guy didn’t even know they had drills the day before. Wont stay here again.

Banging doors, dirty outdated room, smells like a Febreze factory (terrible if you have asthma!), just gross. AC isn’t working properly. Hot tub broken. Can’t wait until morning.

This hotel was fine. But the room had a curious lack of electrical outlets and no usb charging ones on the desk lamps or anywhere else. Admittedly I travel with a cpap machine, recharging hearing aids, a tablet, and 2 cell phones. But I was unable to charge all my devices
