Great experience

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The soap was out but it was too late in the evening to message them but I'm sure they would've jumped at the chance to make it right. Will continue to use this hotel.

Hot mess

Three shower heads in one shower & none of them had any pressure. I felt like i was being peed on. Plugged phone charger in wall & whole unit fell out of wall with the wires exposed. No hot water in shower. King room with 2 people but only 1 coffee cup. TV not working & when I called front desk was informed none of them & “It slipped his mind to tell us when we checked in”! Never again!!!!!

The staff was AMAZING!! And the property was clean even though they were going through some repairs it was still clean and quiet. Again the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding! We are a family of 5 and our whole family was super comfortable in our room it had enough room for us to enjoy our stay comfortably

Nice stay

Justin checked us in and was very nice. Our room was very nice and my hubby loved the desk set-up since he had some work to do while we were there. The only thin I wish we had was a bath tub, especially after the drive we had from Jacksonville. The traffic was horrible. A nice hot soak would have been nice.

The roof has a blue tarp on it and there’s a “stop work order” posted by the city on the front door which generally means a property was doing renovations or repairs without a permit. Not sure what’s going on. The front desk could be a little friendlier on check in. The breakfast was good and room clean. The outdoor pool looked nice and it was open.
