We got to our floor and the entire floor smelled musty. The carpet in our room felt slightly damp. There was what appeared to be blood on the blanket for the bed, it looked like it had been through the wash but the stain was still there. I went downstairs and the guy at the front desk apologized and got me a new set of bedding right away which was nice, but the new blanket we were given was shredded in multiple areas - it looked like it had been eaten through by moths or something. It was already late so we just roughed it out.

This place needs a complete renovation. The rooms have that moisture/moldy smell. The has issues flushing and the exhaust vent for the shower does not work. The gym was closed and under renovation so there was no access for the week. The hotel has a nice pool and the website states it is a heated pool. However, the pool felt like ice water. I asked the front desk if the pool should be heated and they confirmed it “should” be and I proceeded to advise them of how cold it was and she said she would call maintenance. The next day, I checked the temperature and same ice cold water. I checked with the front desk again and I got the same response, I’ll call maintenance. No one ever showed up outside.. we decided to head back in after an hour and asked if anyone would be checking the issue with the heater and they claimed they need a part and wont be there until next week. Lovely! I would not recommend this place due to the outdated rooms, moldy smell and lack of amenities

Room was clean and cold by the time we checked in however I purchased a king size bed for my stay and it felt like it was a full-size or a queen mattress. Anything that was metal inside the room was kicked in rust., carpet was wet and felt moldy, of your signs of water stain on the ceilings, outdated television, did not feel cozy at all. This was only a place to lay my head for the night.. I would not even think of spending a second night.
