Room was very clean, a small apartment with the larger fridge, microwave, and 2 burner range. However I notified the front desk about the in-room safe on that it was dying probably the batteries. A maintenance man was dispatched but when I explained the issue all he did was repeat the same thing I did.. jiggle the batteries in the holder behind the safe door, had me punch in a code and it worked. Tried to explain the batteries will go dead soon but all he did was smile and say “it’s ok” or fixed. After he left it displayed a code with “…bat” so I went back to the front desk and the new employee was confused explaining the maintenance man came told him it was fixed. Rather than argue I just went and bought some Duracell batteries, swapped them in until I checked out putting the ever ready batteries back in.

This property was a total gem! The location was great, so many things close by. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options and the buffet area was well kept and attended to the entire time we were down there. In our opinion the room price was a total steal as well. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

The hotel is close to all restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and always stocked with body wash , towels , etc. The staff are responsive and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

I was very happy with our stay. All of our requests were met. Early check in, rooms next to family, a crib. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very clean. It was just like it was advertised. Wolf who greeted us at check in was very kind to my children which I appreciated. I felt like the price was very fair considering how nice everything was. We will be coming back for sure
