Staff members were courteous as always! My room was clean, but I noticed a couple of roaches. They must have treated the place, because the roaches were acting sickly/almost dead. Other than that, no real complaints.

A FIRE HAZARD WITHBURNT EXPOSED WIRES BY SINK. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! BREAKFAST IS HORRIBLE. STALE COFFE WITH GRINDS, AND COLD. NO JUICE. NO PASTRIES. J I CALLED FIRE MARSHAL AS THEY ENDANGERED MY LIFE AND OTHER GUESTS. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE.

First they have me a key to someone else's room, the. They give me my key to a room infested with ants. I go back asking for a change first they tell me no they're all booked but then someone switches something for me and I got a nice room. However the desk person felt the need to pull my phone number from the data base and proceed to hit on me. Making my stay very uncomfortable to say the least. I didn't even wanna leave my room.

The room was dirty and had a bad order. The appliances were very old. The microwave oven was filthy inside. Just a terrible experience. My wife did not even want to sleep there.

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The room I was given was old, ugly, and had several cockroaches, so I had to request a room change. The staff agreed, but only the next day. It’s disappointing that when you book through third-party websites, they seem to assign the worst rooms to those guests. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this place.

The staff was truly wonderful — kind, polite, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the condition of the place. The room was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. I even considered asking for another room, but after seeing the overall state of the facilities, I realized it wouldn’t make much difference. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed, but it was so dirty that I preferred to let her use her own air mattress instead. The bathroom and floor also felt neglected, giving the impression that housekeeping is not being taken seriously. I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe it’s important to be honest so that other families are aware before booking. The staff deserves recognition for their kindness, but the management urgently needs to improve cleanliness and basic maintenance.

Start I’d like to say that it was very uncomfortable bed skirts were dirty. You couldn’t sit on the couch. They were all stained floors were dirty. There was a lot of bugs. There was cockroaches in palmetto bugs, and lots of eggs. You couldn’t leave a thing out without bug tracking all over it. It was an unpleasant day due to the no refund. I had no choice. This was a business trip.

Nasty! Nasty!

Linda at the front desk was amazing! But as far as the rest it was horrible! The room which was a “suite” was dirty! Plain down fright nasty! There was grime on the walls, floors, fridge, shower, light switches and rust on everything you looked at! I have never used the words roach motel but this place is infested with roaches! I was supposed to stay two nights but there was no way I could stayed. I stayed one night as I did not get in till 10pm and needed a place to sleep. I do not recommend this place even to my worse nightmare.
