This hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet side street, one block away from the harbour. Very convenient location, walking distance from all that downtown Victoria has to offer. Would stay again.

As we were leaving, we passed a young lady in the underground parking, where the door was open to the laundry room. She was very busy sorting washing and cleaning sheets! She had such a great attitude! Our sheets were amazing! Her name was Brie! Commendations to her!!

Paid for the penthouse for a special occasion. Several locations on the deck were rotten - as in if you stepped on them you might break through, dirty windows inside and out, exterior sorely in need of paint, door lock to sliding glass door broken, kitchen faucet broken, and serious dirt in the corners of the rooms along the floors.
