We stayed in a unit with a different kitchenette than shown on the picture and it was also much smaller. The cabinets were locked, so besides a teapot, couple of cups, glasses and cutlery, we couldn't use anything. There were tea bags but nothing to boil water in sadly. Eventually they brought us a kettle (which took ages). Right after arrival we left our hotel to get something to eat and when we returned to our room we were greeted by a puddle of water on the kitchen floor from a leaky fridge. We got some old towels to clean it, but there was a musty smell for hours after. The whole facility is dated. While it has a beautiful view it was also super noisy that weekend(unfortunately) because the car show(not a hotel mistake). We didn't eat in the hotel except to grab a couple of bagels once. The dining area reminded me of a school cafeteria where somebody reminded us to eat fast because it was closing time. I must also tell you that the outdoor pool is very small and was packed. It was not very appealing at all. I would also like to let you know that the front desk staff were just there... they didn't offer even a hint of genuine hospitality or willingness to go above and beyond. In general it was not a very nice experience.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options—from hot dishes to lighter choices—so there was something for everyone. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a kitchen equipped with utensils, which made it easy to prepare small meals or snacks. This was especially helpful for families or longer stays. I really appreciated the complimentary water and freshly brewed coffee available in the lobby—it was a nice touch, especially in the mornings or after a long day out. The toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) had a pleasant scent and felt refreshing. We were also given an ample supply of towels, which was convenient and appreciated. Although the coffee maker in our room wasn’t working, it wasn’t a major issue since the free lobby coffee made up for it. Overall, the stay felt comfortable, safe, and relaxing—with enough amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. I would consider staying here again for the convenience and thoughtful touches

I went in July the room was warm. When night came I noticed I didn’t have any temperature controls. I called the front desk and they told me there was no air conditioner. I was told to open the window and use the portable fan. I tried, but it was still too hot. I opened the sliding glass doors. It was still hot, and it let in a lot of light from outside. I was on the first floor street view near the sidewalk. So, I got an upper floor room for a higher price.If you’re going in the summer, mind the temperature forecasts. Otherwise the hotel and location are good.

The sofa bed in our room was terrible - very hard and squeaky with no padding whatsoever. The breakfast room was overcrowded and noisy, clearly not big enough. I was constantly having to shift my chair to let someone by and the door to the patio was blocked with people seated at the tables next to the door. Only one table outdoors, no other options for dining at the hotel. Parking was an additional charge on top of already expensive fees. I expected a much better experience for the price.

Well located but no air conditioning

Chose this hotel due to its location by the water. It’s just a few blocks away and an easy walk. (Not on the water). Rooms need updating. I had black mold in the shower. And no air conditioning. Sadly couldn’t continue my stay as it was way too hot to be comfortable sleeping in a heat wave.

Lovely Hotel Near Everything.

We stayed three nights at this lovely hotel. It’s well situated within walking distance of the wharf, Museum, the inner harbor. It is only 1 block from the ferry. The room is modern, with a very comfortable bed, and a nice little patio for morning coffee. You have to pay for parking, it’s a covered lot underneath the hotel with a security gate.

Nice place as it’s in the inner harbour where you can just walk to the tourist attractions. However, i did not like the smell of the carpet in the hotel room, it’s smelled like moldy. The housekeeping did not do great in cleaning the room during the day. I am always particular when it comes to cleanliness.
