Elevators weren’t working for certain floors including pool area, which meant you had to awkwardly go through the lobby. Rooms clean - bidet feature lovely Shuttle service appreciated Paying for parking as a hotel guest was insulting. Daily rate is 15. Restaurant guests park for free. Hotel patrons pay $26 a day on top of already very expensive rooms.

Room was clean, parking situation was frustrating.. I tried calling the hotel 5X to make sure there was parking available and no one answered the phone. Elevators were broken too. Room was great however.

Stunning views of the harbour! Loved watching the sea planes, water taxis, boats, etc. They even offered a shuttle service into town. The room was spacious. The bidet was a pleasant surprise. The balcony was the perfect size with great views. The flooring was modern and unique as well. Would stay here again!

Find me my room

Arrived at checkin to find out they didnt have a room. I had paid for the Coast King bed with water view room over a month ago. I was offered a room with 2 single beds! My answer was NO, after 15 minutes waiting and much back and forth i was told they had the room i asked for. All good, not really. I drive a truck and i booked this peoperty because teying to find parking in Victoria is not fun. They have parking but not for a pickup truck. Nothing mentioned on the website? Anyways basically abandoned my truck along by the service entrance with all the other trucks, and they charged me $26 for the facility. Room turned outbto be good,.clean, bed comfortable, view OK. Hd 1 breakfast and 1 dinner both good, hotel prices but good,.service for dinner was v good.
