Room was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Only small maintenance issues during 3 week stay: bathroom faucet was loose and spun side to side. I asked twice to have it tightened but it was never. Cleaning wipes in the gym were empty and asked to have them restalked 2 days in a row, only restalked on the 3rd day. Same rwmote batteries for the stereo/TV in the gum

The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, but unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was visible debris on the walls, and the space felt quite worn. The location, however, was convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and right along the main bus line to downtown Victoria. During our stay, there were both jockey teams and wedding guests at the hotel, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear conversations late at night and early in the morning.
