The service was great and the amenities were also excellent. We enjoyed the pool, whirlpool and gym. The room wad clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was amazing. Other guests raved about their stay here and we can see why. Would highly recommend.

The bed was very very uncomfortable...they could improve things dramatically by improving their beds! Both TV's in the suite were outdated and small and included no premium channels! They could improve things dramatically by improving their TV situation! Having to pay for parking after paying a lot for the hotel is a crime! They could improve things dramatically by getting rid of the parking fee! Drinks and appetizer were a bit on the expensive side in Fathom...very good drinks and appetizer just that they were a bit expensive and the appetizer on the small side. The view was very nice and the room was large but you can tell things need updating (rip in couch and in several spots on wallpaper).

The suite we were in was very old and needed refreshing. The furniture and decor was very dated. It was clean and well maintained. The major issue was there was only one USB port, which is totally unacceptable now a days.
