Parking was difficult as we drove a truck. Otherwise it was all amazing experience. Just a 20 minute leisurely walk to the concert venue. Very close to downtown core

Victoria Regent Stay

It was encredible, enjoyed our stay very much. Received an upgrade and staff was above expectations. View was the best and hotel as close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much, would rate 11 out of 10

Beautiful location

Beautiful location - lots of great walking and restaurants in the neighborhood. Small complaint, no plugs on either side of the bed - had to dig for an extension cord and use the desk plugs.

Great hotel! The underground parkade was a nice bonus. The area was nice, seemed safe for the most part, they did lock the front door after 9pm just in case and to access any areas of the hotel (parkade and furthermore, the elevator out of the parkade) you needed to tap your room key for added security. We had a partial harbour view and the rooms are huge! Beautiful view from the living room, but the bedroom windows stayed covered in blinds. There was an old building directly outside that looked kind of creepy and abandoned. Staff were average. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad to report. I was offered an upgrade to a harbour view suite when I first checked in for an extra 100/night and after refusing that, the person at the front desk offered a partial harbour view. My wife and I were tired, and I couldn't think straight so I refused both offers. His reply was "not even to the partial harbour view, it's only an extra 40/night" I don't regret taking the upgrade, but some may have found it a bit pushy. Overall. I would stay here again. We had fun! Beautiful area. Beautiful city beautiful hotel.
