Comfy bed, good value.

An adequate stay at an affordable price given the high demand for the Quilt Festival. Communication with the property was sub-par prior to our arrival, so I’d recommend getting there as close to midnight as possible. The bed was very comfortable and was glad to have decent cable television. External locks on the property only worked on our last day. Oh, breakfast was decent too

The commons areas smelled like a stale bar with intense cigarette smell. Had to cut thru the "smog" to get to our nice, quiet no smoking room...
