Exceptional Stay at Hotel Pacific Roma – Truly Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at Hotel Pacific Roma and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Rome. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean throughout, and our room on the 6th floor was perfect. The highlight was our beautiful balcony with wonderful views — the ideal spot to relax with a drink after a long day exploring the city. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was professional, warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They consistently went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, making our stay feel effortless and special. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff! This hotel is walking distance to lots of attractions and good restaurants. Small but clean rooms. The only thing I would change would be to make coffee available in the morning. Rooftop breakfast and happy hour was great!!!!

Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The staff was very helpful as we had to change our travel plans because of a railroad worker’s strike. Outstanding breakfast overlooking the city. The rooms were clean and modernized, but a little small.
