Staff was rarely at reception desk. They had to be reminded to keep coffee in carafe. Toast, cereal and waffles was too limited. In three day stay only the third day did they supply a couple of doughnuts-soon gone.

This place was terribly run down. I feared the possibility of bed bugs. The breakfast area was at the entrance and never cleaned up with leftover spillage. The floors were warped with a sign that had “wet floor” when they were actually dry. The public men’s bathroom door was propped open with a man sitting on the toilet loudly grunting. Not American owned.

Very convenient since it’s right next to the highway but the rooms were awful. Holes in the walls, black mold, tape covering the exterior of the door that connects rooms, shampoo and conditioner had been used since they put big bottles instead of smaller bottles for individual use. All around bad experience.

4 inches of snow, hanicap sticker but that spot covered in snow. Wouldn't let me park in front which was the only cleared spot. TV didn't work until I rebooted it and then went on and off by itself 2 times Closet didn't exist, rack and hangers just thrown on the floor. Smoke alarm kept going off. Breakfast terrible, cereal and cold coffee. Foreign owned and it shows.
