The staff were very friendly, great customer service. The cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaints and the only reason I did not give 5 stars was there should be more lighting in the rooms. Also we could hear everything, to the folks staying next door to the people in the rooms above us walking back and forth all night. We thought it was just our room but heard similar complaints from our friends staying at the same hotel. Needs better walls or insulation to buffer sound.

We’ve been staying here a couple of times a year for 4 years and love it because the rooms are always fresh and clean, the staff, especially Jim, the manager is always so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar( as well as the woman who keeps it clean and keeps the food ready) is great. We feel safe there and it’s quiet.

Staff was great. Especially the breakfast staff person. Breakfast was ok with a good selection. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Loved the black out shade. Road noise since the property is right off of 81 and on a busy local road. Cracker Barrel across the street. Other dining options close.
