The room was in decent condition and the location and view was good. The main issue we had was the refrigerator was broken and we needed it. We called down to the office and asked if we could get another fridge or move rooms. They said no to both, but promised they would have one in the morning. We left in the morning assuming we would have a working fridge when we returned. We came back in the evening with leftovers from dinner but still no working fridge. We lost probably $100 worth of groceries and leftovers. The office said there was nothing they could do for us but they would have the manager contact me, which of course they haven't.

The service is terribly bad. You don’t have anyone at the reception area, so hard to call for an issu. The electronic lock they have doesn’t work that left you freezing outside couldn’t enter the room. So bad never again in this bad experience very poor service bad system!

It was recently remodeled and nice Motel. No Ice machine. You have to go to the shell station next door and buy.

The room was very nice, appeared to be recently updated, and was very clean. However, it was lacking in some basic conveniences (no cups or glasses for water, no microwave or coffee machine, etc).

We stayed here for one night while visiting Zion National Park and it was very convenient. The room key entry code made check-in quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for visiting the park. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Zion in the future.

Checking in was seamless and the assigned room was immaculate. Loved the simplicity of it and the view out the front door was amazing! The team was readily available and gave me confidence in their abilities. Great stay and right next to Scout Grill which is a must! The shuttle to Zion is a 2-min walk and comes by every 15min.
