This is a beautiful resort. However, the staff and the cleanliness inside the room it’s not the best. We have cockroaches in the bathroom and in the closet. I called front desk. Let them know as they were some on top of the toilet. They told me they would call housekeeping to come assist and no one ever came. No one even acknowledged it. I recorded and took pics of roaches too.

Sadly, I had better hopes for this place, but from the moment of arrival, everything was just difficult in notification. Waited in the check-in line for 25 minutes before we’re able to get our first room went to that room and it smelled like mold and moisture to an unsafe degree so we requested a different room or put in a different room but the key they gave us did not work so I had to go back to the lobby, which this is a very big property and wait in line again to get another key Went back to the room got in that room, which was a better room and did not smell as musty and moldy still the room was dated dirty and not well-maintained so we decided to go out to the pool and tried using our key cards for the towels because you can’t just grab a towel. You actually have to use your key card and get towels from a locker, which is also very inconvenient But the key card did not work so we went back to the room to make sure that it worked for a room and it did not. At this point we had already spent an hour and 45 minutes with trying to get into our initial room and felt like most of the daylight was being ruined so we went to the pool which had broken chairs, dirty pool floor, dirty property, very unwell maintained, but tried to take in the beauty of at least the ocean so once we enjoyed a little bit of what was left of the sunlight, we went back to the lobby to get another key card to get in the room. Just a note. I did make sure that the key card was literally not near anythin

The property is beautiful! The Ocean Towers is an older hotel but our room was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to have more dining options on site, but we took the shuttle to the shopping center and brought food back. We very much enjoyed spring on our lanai eating lunch or dinner. We would definitely go again. Yes, the property is large, but just like any large resort, expect some walking. We enjoyed the tram, and just walked a couple minutes when that wasn't convenient.

There wasn't much staff present anywhere and absolutely no where to eat. The couple of restaurants they did have were EXTREMELY over priced even for a tourist resort.

Lovely property. Dated but clean. We would have had an incredible view but our window was old tint am made the view of the ocean mediocre at best. Carpet and linen are very tired and had a slight smell but the lagoon and pools were amazing. The room service was the silliest as the only delivery option was after 5 PM and before 10PM so in a 64 acre resort you had to go an search for something to eat. It was not the best option for ultimate relaxation. And the food you did fine like our room view was mediocre at best.

The hotel it self it’s a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately Hilton it’s letting it go down. I’ve been coming to this property since 2013 and it’s sad to see how the things are getting deteriorated and they are not fixing it. Sadly the gondolas are not serving any more, and the ponds are visibly damaged and dirty. It’s so sad that a Hotel that used to be so amazing it’s going down.

The property could use even more transportation. There that beautiful wall with are and gardens and everyone walking was talking about a faster tram or another source of transportation. Can't 6-8 boats run in that water way. We saw 1 on 1 day in all the days there.

We liked that this resort was located on the coast. Sunsets were spectacular!! We liked the Lagoon (guaranteed to see marine life especially sea turtles), various swimming pools (including an adult pool), Dolphin Quest including "Sunrise with Dolphins", light breakfast (provided with our package deal) with 100% Kona Coffee from coffee shop located on the property, tram and boat for getting around, etc. What we didn't like: not enough affordable eating places on the property. We did eat at the Lagoon Grill twice which had good food with affordable prices but choices were limited. We ate at the Italian Restaurant. The food was tasty but way over priced. We were grateful for Food Trucks which came onto the property on a Wednesday night. Good choice. AND we were glad that the Kings Shop and Queens Marketplace was nearby (within a 20-30 minute walk) or take the shuttle for $5 per person. We would have preferred having a breakfast buffet included with our getaway package. Paying an additional $55 for a breakfast buffet was too expensive for us. While we had a standard room (not newly renovated), it was fine but we would have liked having a microwave in the room. Overall, we were pleased with our tropical getaway which Expedia provided. Thank you!!

The property is well maintained for the most part. The tram broke a couple of times so it was very difficult to walk over a mile and a half to get to where we needed to go. It’s a great place I have returned to 4 times over the years. Beautiful views and sunset and sunrise. The staff was rude and seemed unhappy to work there. They pushed me into a sales pitch that I regret ever agreeing to. Derek Foster was incredibly aggressive and hostile because I wouldn’t buy timeshare. Overall I really like the property and if improvements to staff being happier there maybe we would consider coming back.

I liked the look of the property, view beautiful and peaceful. I was not fond of the bugs that I saw at night. I understand it is open and therefore hard to keep free of bugs, but the large cockroaches were very unsettling to see inside the hallways as well as finding a smaller one inside the rental vehicle. As for the food, I did not like the NUI restaurant. We had pizza and chicken parm and both were not very good at all. The coffee shops were very good. We loved the pools, especially the large one. Water temp was perfect. Room was very comfortable and having the ocean right outside our balcony was great. We left the door opened through the night and slept with the sounds of the ocean, which was fantastic. Paying an additional $50 a day for a resort fee and then ANOTHER $50 a day for parking was very disappointing. This cost should have been included in the price of the hotel stay. Overall it was a very good vacation that we enjoyed. Not sure if I would recommend it though.
