We received a call 30 minutes before arriving after booking a month in advance that they had no room for us with 2 beds. Did not apologize did not explain other than they close their bookings the day of and had no room for us.

Small but mighty

The staff was amazing, however the hotel lacked some things. One literally being towels. There were none at the pool, and the front desk ran out. In a room that slept 4 people we were only alotted 2 towels. Also out bathroom door could not close. These as small issues with big impacts that are easily fixable for the next guest. Hopefully
