Lovely staff. Nice room. Lacked in room coffee/tea. Very convenient. Issue with dog left in adjacent room was handled well. Perhaps travelers with pups should be clustered together, like families?

I have stayed here several times and will most likely stay again. But there are two things that bothers me about this place, and have mentioned them before. There is no coffee machine in the room. So if you like coffee in the morning you need to get presentable and go to the lobby to get it. Then only paper cups. The water "glasses" in the room are durable, but no environmental commitment on the cups. There is also no way to heat water in the room. NO microwave. So you can't even bring your own tools to make it. You have a fridge though. Have yet to figure out what to use that for. All in all, it is a good place but they could do better, but choose not to.

Quick walk to downtown, friendly staff, free parking, great fireplace/area to gather, and quality morning coffee. Food truck on the property. Rooms clean, with funky, minimalist design. Cute spot!

The Finch offers a boutique hotel experience at an affordable price. The rooms are small, but offer everything you need. The location is wonderful. Restaurants, grocery store, bookstores, wineries are all within blocks. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn. Staff is friendly and helpful. A great Walla Walla choice.

Everything here designed and decorated so well. Everything was clean, bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace with seating and how close and walkable it is to downtown Walla Walla. Plan on coming back!
