Still a grand hotel in my book. Nice big room and bath room. Comfy bed. Very central. Great price.

Staff very pleasant and helpful Quality of room and hotel in general exceptional and at a very reasonable price Quality of food very good with great breakfasts Unfortunately didn’t have time to use spa and pool facilities

Lovely modern hotel, great location, staff excellent and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was good except for occasionally bacon wasn't cooked enough

Top class staff, including cleaners who do first rate job. Warmest of welcomes from Receptionists. Hotel handy for popping into town. Cannot find fault with any aspect.

Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good. A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing.
