Hotel in a great location for numerous bars, restaurants and city centre shopping. Very friendly reception staff and nice clean decent sized room. Car park just down the road. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Woild hsve benefitted from a leaflet/card describing the light switches, and where the tea/coffee facilities were (I thought it was a wardrobe). Also, the light near the door seemed to be in the ceiling space instead of fitted in the correct hole. The window blind was very awkwsrd to operate - again with no guidance or instructions. Storing the towels on a rack above the bath seemed an odd choice - especially when the rack was sloping downwards. A USB socket by the bed woild have been useful.

Great hotel in city centre

Well positioned for all tourist attractions. Close to Lime Street station. Brilliant conversion from an industrial building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great bistro over the road for breakfast and supper. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Only negative was the lack of subtitles on the tv( I am hearing impaired and the hotel volume was very low so as not to disturb adjoining rooms) Would definitely use again.
