This place was a DUMP , no soap, dirty, abandoned cars in the parking lot, Green water and swimming pool, everyone should be worn not to stay there Hotels.com should remove them from their website immediately. Windham should get their name off of this hotel. It’s that bad.

After making reservations and paying, desk said there were no vacancies. Desk had to find an available room. The smell of mold hit you as you walked into the room overpowering the cigarette smell. No towels in the room. The breakfast bar was pretty much non-existent. I've made up my mind I'll never stay at another Baymont Inn as long as I live.

Affordable and close by. Not toiletries as advertised. Reused breakfast with minimal options, out of date appliances majority not working, power went out. No room service despite request. Unable to secure door due to missing or broken lock.

Front desk lady was amazing. Thebeds were comfortable. Ist. Room had bugs, 2nd room smelt like a smoke house, 3rd room was ok, sink was cracked and they covered it with silicone, baseboards were missing. Otherwuse it was okay for our 1 night sleep.

No lights by the bed. Customer service was poor. The receptonist could have cared less. Only 1 set of towels in the room. We were told the washers were broken. Some person did deliver towels, at 1030 pm but he came right into our room without knocking. Not too sure Bout the breakfast as we left at 0610 and the dining room was still dark. The sink was cracked and the dresser draweŕs were held closed wiyh pieces of cardboard. I could go on but i won't
