Open ditches with exposed sewer pipes and water outside the rooms and the pool. The room smelled like fish. The floors were damp as well as the counter surfaces and beds. The bath tub drain was full of hair. The lighting was horrible and harsh. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. What a deal!

Noisy air-conditioning and refrigerator

Hotel was going through repairs. I had a king size room however there was only a paper curtain with no blackout. Air Conditioning is very noisy along with the refrigerator, which was also very noisy.

I should’ve read the reviews bc they were right! From the gap in the front door and kicked two spider and was itching all night only stayed for a couple hours couldn’t sleep. The horrible smell gave us headaches and it was extremely dusty and ac/heat unit stunk mildew.

New from top to bottom.

The hotel is going through a complete renovation from top to bottom. My accommodation was completely updated including the mattress, television, microwave, refrigerator, furniture and was absolutely spotless. Still had a bit of a fresh paint smell. Breakfast was fantastic and satisfying. Really a lot of bang for the buck. Customer service was outstanding as well. Will definitely stay here again.

The devil is in the details.

Not a bad spot and currently being renovated. I had the privilege of a remodeled room and couldn't sleep. The new beds are garbage and very uncomfortable and the new AC has an eco setting and won't cool below 72 degrees. Even though the room was clean and fresh they never replaced the weather seal on the door so everything was wet, uncomfortable, and hot. When I addressed the situation with the front desk I was met with nothing but hostility and misinformation. I'll personally stay clear of this location and will elect 1 of the many other Best Westerns in the immediate area.

The property is undergoing renovations so it appears they are improving the conditions. The room we stayed in was partially done and the only window treatment was a thin paper honeycomb blind that allowed an outdoor bright light to shine through all night. Also no drawers or hangers for clothes other than 3 wall hooks. No toiletries besides a bar of soap.

The staff was absolutely amazing here. There is renovations going on but it's not a big deal. We received a renovated room that wasn't finished. The tv wall mount in the box on the ground, the shower not finished but I can tell if they finish it off it'll be great. Only issue I had was the blinds. They have a thin white blind over the window and at 2am you'd think it was 10am with how bright the outside lights are shining in. Thankfully we had our own blanket that we hung over to get some sleep.

The clerk Clarissa was awesome. She was very accommodating with our needs and helped with any issues we had. She made our check in easy and made sure we got a goos room since my husband could not walk up stairs due to a bad hip.

Under renovation

The hotel is undergoing renovation which is badly needed. Room was clean, comfortable, right off the highway. There is a chain restaurant walkable through the parking lot and local pizzeria 1 minute drive. Clarissa at the desk was friendly and helpful
