We didn't get a chance to check in. The deskclerk said he could not find our reservation. We gave them our confirmation number and showed him all our confirmation emails along without itinerary saying everything was confirmed. The desk clerk refused to even try and retype the confirmation number in. He kept saying there is nothing they could do. Offered us another room but we would have to pay for it. Sorry but reservation was already paid for and confirmed. They were very rude and uncooperative. We want our money back.

Older and book said breakfast on sat and sun was until 10 but they said the were fine at 9. I told them they need to update there books in the room then. They didn’t even apologize.
