The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel invoice was $50 less than what Expedia charged me. Contacted Expedia and was told I was SOL Room rate dropped but they wouldn’t honor the new price. Very disappointing!

It was not so good. I’ve stayed many times but not too happy. I didn’t have access to get into my room and had to keep going to the desk about my keys not working. It was frustrating because I had plans and it slowed me down a lot.
