The hot tubs and spa services were great! Staff very friendly. We went to have a quite relaxing time. Are room was very noisy. Next to stairs, elevator, below ski rental, lobby and to close to outdoor hot tub. Definitely wouldnt recommend this room! Otherwise great place!

No outdoor winter pool or sleigh rides as shown on website. Cold & drafty rooms. Cold showers. No security and while staff was nice, they were not educated on what little tech was offered/website/etc. We went to Boyne.

The inside hot tub was not very warm. The heated pool was freezing cold. We went there for my son’s 10th birthday so he could swim and he couldn’t even go in the inside/outside “heated” pool because it was colder than our rivers around here.
