The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast is limited - only hot food was waffles (there was bread and I suppose you could also make toast, though I didn't see a toaster). Ample parking, good location. Good value for the season in this town!

The wife and I along with our 2 grandchildren 11&13 was push out of the hot tub by like 6 people that was smoking weed out the back door of the pool and drinking in the hot tub! And I don’t think that 2 of the people in the hot tub had a room there. We were very upset , the hot tub is the only reason my wife likes to stay there, and the pool was way to cold

The room was clean, but refrigerator didn't work and smelled like something spoiled in there, this smelled up the room. We had to open the window to try to air out. The room was recently remodeled but the contractor did a very sloppy job, paint splatters on the new sink & counter, sloppy caulking by sink and shower, big area in corner that didn't get painted. Elevator needs to be remodeled also, makes a lot of noises and jerks to a stop. Breakfast was a typical offering for a Baymont.

First of all , the check in person. She’s been here, I think she said 18 years. Very friendly.And helpful about the area. The facility itself is very clean. We were assigned a room on the first floor by the outside door. So helpful when traveling with a dog. Room is clean and updated. Bed was comfy. Didn’t eat breakfast there. Did go down for coffee. The selection of breakfast items was very good. Waffles, Eggs, numerous cereals, fruits, breakfast bars, juices and of course coffee. Will definitely stay here again. Have stayed in many places in South Haven. Chose Baymont because they are pet friendly. A great economical optio if you’re traveling with children and pets.

Hotel was nice and clean. We upgraded to a nice king suite. Only minor complaint was the fan in the HVAC unit in our room was faulty and made excessive noise when it ran. Overall great stay.
