Hot tub and pool not open. Purposely booked to be able to sit in the hot tub after traveling. The couple of guys working did not know how to run the "Manager's Special " so they said they weren't gonna do it.

Everything was great except two things: 1. Water pressure was horrible. 2. Heater fan was broken so it wouldn’t allow you to put it in “constant” mode which then led to it blasting on and off through the night waking me up. Not being able to rinse out your hair and a bad nights sleep makes everything else not matter too much.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms were clean tho the rooms showed signs of normal aging for example in the corners of the bathroom chalk was somewhat worn catching my attention. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The egg white veggie omelette was delicious, and they had a choice of pork or turkey sausage, and a variety of Bigelow tea flavors. I would stay there again.

My husband stayed here to watch the College D3 Conference race. It was the perfect stay. There were only minor minor things that could be improved. 1. the heat light in the bathroom didn't work 2. breakfast the morning of a Packer game could be better attended too ( coffee ran out) 3. One 2 slice toaster is not helpful enough for a crowd 4. The floors and halls were cleaned, and the solution was toxic smelling. We thought it was better than smelling musty dirt though, but still not a friendly smell. It's always nice to see a bowl of fruit sitting out for guests which is helpful to little kids, or grabbing something quick as a snack. Thanks! We really appreciated the amount of light in the rooms, the nice tv, and wonderful pillows. It was a wonderful peaceful sleep. Would stay here again if passing through.
