Ok

Everything was good, except the hot tub was closed. I was pretty upset about that because it was wet and rainy and we got soaked on the motorcycle and just wanted to relax and unwind in the hot tub, but couldn’t. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have peanut butter, but the rest was the typical free breakfast items you would want.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Check in live attendant kiosk was kinda weird at first but all worked out. Won $10 on the gambling machines too. Well worth the stay the pool was crystal clear.

Top Tier Econolodge, but missing a front desk rep

It was top of the line for Econolodge. I'd have given it 3 or 4 stars if there was actually someone at the front register. They have a weird kiosk thing, but it wasn't my favorite experience.

Useless machine and dirty rooms!!!

I have never seen or used a check-in machine before, and I found it to be very ineffective. It took forever to get checked in. There was someone at the front desk, so I don’t understand why we had to use the machine. I also had trouble understanding the staff member, despite the subtitles that were supposed to help. Overall, the machine felt completely pointless. Additionally, I found it strange that I had to show my credit card up close to the camera while they typed the information into their computer. There was a card reader available for use, so I’m not sure why that wasn’t an option. The place wasn’t even busy, which made the use of an online check-in machine seem unnecessary. Lastly, the condition of the room was disappointing. It was very dirty, especially the bathroom!

Dated but obviously updated. Couldn’t interact with a real person only a kiosk which is awkward but not necessarily a hindrance. Hot tub didn’t work which was disappointing and pool was super cold. Kids did enjoy that they offered cornhole and they had a selection of other games to offer. Breakfast was lackluster with only hot option of waffles and no protein sources.

Getaway Gone Wrong

Cons: The hot tub was out of order which really upset me because that was the ENTIRE reason I booked this hotel so I was super disappointed right away. Then our king size bed was rock hard and horribly uncomfortable so rather than feeling rested and rejuvenated from this stay, I felt restless and frustrated. The breakfast selection was bad as well… waffles, cold cereal, bagels … the cream cheese was sour. Pros: The place was clean and quiet. The room was spacious. The AC worked good.

Worn out and poorly maintained

First there is not a front desk person onsite. Just someone on a screen you talk to. We arrived late at night and found The shower was horrible and worn out, and appeared to be dirty. The beds were bare bones and not very comfortable. Hot tub was broken. Not a comfortable stay at all.

The check-in was weird. It was a virtual check in kiosk and while checking other people walked into the small entrance way and could overhear my personal info. I wasn’t told where to go in the hotel, whether or not there was an elevator. Wasn’t told that the hottub was down for maintenance: had no clue that breakfast was included because it wasn’t noted. Lack of customer service.
