Older hotel. Our family has stayed there a few times. Walk across the parking lot to Wal-Mart ir Applebee's. Its ok staff is very friendly and nice

Would sleep in my car before I would stay there

I traveled over 15 hours to arrive to a room that smelled moldy and musty! This room was on the second floor. Asked for a different room. This time the room was on the first floor. Open the door and the room was still dirty from the previous guests and not cleaned by housekeeping. Provided me with the room next to it that has been cleaned but still had the mold and musty smell. At this point my daughter and I were just tired and hungry. I told her to spray some perfume in the room and hopefully smells better when we come back from eating. It did not. It started giving us a headache and at that point I told my daughter to load the car we are going somewhere else. When we grabbed the bags we noticed that felt damp. I go to the front desk and let her know it was not working for us and we were checking out. She told me she had to charge me for the night, which at that point I did not care. The only good that came out of it was the fact I received a voicemail saying they were not charging me at all and would refund all my money. Its funny when I spoke to people at the basketball camp she attended they words moldy and musty smelling were said each time I said about our couple hours staying at that location.

Smelly hotel

Ended up not staying. Friends checked in before us and left because it was so gross. We stopped by and the smell was awful and no one was at desk-we had just driven 4 hours and decided to get food and stay somewhere else.

I arrived about 40 min. early and the lady at the front desk let me do an early check in so I didn't have to sit around and wait. Very much appreciated! I got back to the room late and picked up take out from a neighboring chain restaurant. Got to the room and found that they didn't include utensils or condiments. I went to the front desk and asked if there was anyway I could get a fork and knife. He opened up the breakfast area and let me grab what I needed. Again, very much appreciated!! I've always had a good experience staying here and will keep coming back. Thanks for the great treatment that I've continued to receive!

Staff was helpful, our reservation got messed up and a pet room was booked correctly. The front desk attendant helped us get us into a pet room and avoid extra charges. Room was clean. Bedroom headboard was odd power outlet only on right side made plugging in devices at night harder.

We bought a 2 queen room and when we got there the beds were only full sizes. Plus our room smelled like wet dog. Also the air conditioner would only run for short periods. Hot tub was luke warm.
