We got our room and went to the room and the tub had rust inside the tub. Went back to the front desk and the young lady was apologetic and very nice she gave us another room. The tub in the other room was covered with a rubber mat. Pictures online must be when the hotel was just built 20 years ago. Hotel needs to be remodeled.

This is our second time staying at La Quinta in Waxahachie, TX, and it has been a great experience both times. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

This hotel is so old & outdated and overall just gross. Smelled weird, did not look very clean, could not get the front desk to answer my questions, and both the sink faucet and shower faucet were falling off the sink counter/wall.

Decrepit condition- tub didn’t drain and many furnishings were chipped, damaged or dirty. I got the value that I paid for essentially and the customers using inexpensive hotels tend to be dirty anyway & leave a mess. It was a place to sleep and the first 2 hotels we tried were full. My wife would not have tolerated it, but most guys can.
