Really nice area, nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. This was a great choice for staying in Weatherford, and staying in Weatherford was a great choice for our longer trip. Shopping and dining options were easily accessible without having to navigate a larger city like Fort Worth or Dallas.

REFUND PLEASE

I reserved an ADA wheelchair accessible room at this hotel. The day we left headed to the hotel, I got a phone call from them. They said that the room was no longer available because the air conditioner was out. I asked if I would get a refund because they couldn't provide what I needed. The desk clerk said that since it was 3rd party that I wouldn't get a refund. I would like to know if you can help me with this issue. Apparently, they don't know about the ADA laws. The front desk staff was helpful and customer friendly. Very nice people. But despite the attempted upgrades to the hotel, our room was disappointing. 1. They do clean and it smells and appears this way. However what they clean the hard floors with made them so slick that several times we could hardly walk on them without a serious slip and almost fall. 2. The sink water was a trickle… like it would fill a standard glass in about 1 minute. 3. The tub could not be closed because the drain was broken. And it left a part (partially connected) and was dangerous to take a shower without closed toes shoes on.

Overall, this is a really nice hotel. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating (front desk), the room was spacious and the bed comfy. My issues were, housekeeping vacuuming outside the room at 08:30. Where I was up, my son was woken up by this. He was further disturbed by the gardeners mowing the grass around the hotel again at 08:30.
