The staff was very helpful, as much as they could be. However there were multiple issues with the available amenities. The quality of the towels in the room were awful- threadbare and very scratchy. One of our room's curtains had slashes all through it, so it did nothing to block light, and there were pinholes in another room's drape. There was no filtered water available AT ALL on the premesis- either for free or to pay for, because their water fountain was broken and they ran out of water bottles for the entire 3 days we were there. Their vending machine was also broken, so you couldn't get any sort of drink at all while at the hotel, There were no lids for the coffee cups available, and we had to ask every single day for lids for the paper to go cups so we could actually take our room coffee cups with us. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty with leaves and stuff, could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a couple days.

Room walls were dirty. Sing faucet was loose and not connected to vanity. Multiple lights out in the bathroom. Breakfast offered was pretty poor and not very good. If we are ever back in the area we won’t stay here again.

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay. There was only one thing that hopefully will be taken into consideration. Being a senior citizen it’s difficult to do some things. For example, the bed was too high. It was hard for us to get on the bed. This isn’t a complaint, just hoping it will be taken into consideration.

Reasonably priced with clean rooms.

I think this a decent hotel that was nice and clean at a reasonable price. When we checked in, they made it known there were a lot of policies related to baseball teams staying there for what I assume was tournaments held at Rocker B Ranch. That was fined. That was the reason my family was there. That being said, having a breakfast that starts at 7 is a real inconvenience. We couldn’t get breakfast at the hotel on either day we were there because of the time we had to be at the field. Even just having some cold breakfast options and coffee would be nice. My more serious issue is the mattresses were pretty worn out. We had 3 other friends staying in the hotel that all said the same thing.
