Summersville needs to do better !!!

Run-down hotel with no services offered during the 2 night stay. Hotel allowed locals to Homeless or drug addicts constantly sitting out front of the lobby entrance.

Staff was friendly and helpful room was nice and clean bed was new. Parking spaces were a little tight but overall our stay was good. Breakfast was pretty much just waffles with a few other options but OK.Would stay again great value.

We have stayed here several times before. Always a pleasure. Clean comfortable and friendly staff.Good location and their pet fee is 10.00 cheaper than other's in the area.

We arrived late at night after a long travel day with kids. When we walked in the room, the window that had no screen was wide open and the room was freezing. My daughter then found an empty beer can and candy wrappers under the bed. The beds had metal frames that were really noisy when anyone moved on them.
