Dirty room

The microwave had cooked spilled food in it so we couldn’t use it and the bathroom had hair on the toilet as well several hairs on the floor in front of the bathtub . After driving all day and hours driving in a huge storm I was really looking forward to a hot bath when checking in but after seeing how unclean the bathroom was i only rushed taking a quick shower. Also we specifically reserved a pet friendly room which my confirmation clearly shows but I was charged a $250 pet fee by this hotel. Even when Hotels.com contacted them they refused to refund the wrongfully charged fee. This hotel is shady and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Drive a little further north and stay in the cuter town of Coos Bay.

Very nice hotel. Clean, convenient and quiet. Spacious rooms, convenient parking and good breakfast service. The staf was very helpful and friendly. Close to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Who Shot the Shower?

The shower did not function as it should, nor did the bath stopper allow water to fill the tub. Called the front main desk at 5:58am and left a message. That said, the wash cloths were awesome!
