Very tired facility, room clean but in need of wall/ corner patching. Pathetic “continental” breakfast…..3 bagels and a couple prepackaged muffins, no fruit. Good thing Dunkin’ Donuts next door.

Check in policy for another people to use the room needs to be in their name unless you pay online. If you make a reservation for another person, they will hold your money if you reserve it for someone else as well. Breakfast is not offered. Hungry, will have to go to Dunkin Donuts, gas station or Italian Restaurant across the street.

The shower was gross. Standing water in the tub that was very stained. Tried to take a shower and the water only sprayed out of the faucet and there was no pressure from the shower head. There was flies all over the window inside... the room had a thermostat that only worked if there was movement in the room, so at night when you're asleep it kept getting hot unless you would get up and move around. After midnight there was about 6 kids and a small child running up and down the hall screaming. Only when i called the desk was it addressed. This was in the first floor so clearly the staff was aware.

I put my crew in this hotel as it was super convenient to job site. After six nights they asked me to please move them to another hotel. They said they requested housekeeping multiple times and no one ever came. They also said they had roaches in their rooms. I had made reservations for two weeks and when i checked them out the woman at the front desk wanted to argue with me about it and said she could not refund the remaining 8 nights of the reservation. She said i would have to contact expedia but i made reservation through hotels.com and cant seem to find a number to talk to anyone about this. Not a good experience at all and i hope someone will contact me to let me know how to go about receiving a refund for nights that were not used.
