The facilities were clean. However, the walls and doors must be thin because we heard people talking and walking until close to midnight. Breakfast was light because they were out of many of the hot items, i.e., eggs, pancake batter etc.

It had high ratings so I was really surprised that there was mold on the lamp shade and mold on the shower head and shower floor. We couldn’t take a shower and were really disgusted.

Breakfast was the only high point. The Lows were no house keeping had to go to front desk twice for towels for a three day stay. Dogs everywhere and the smell of poop and pot. I will never stay there again.

Cable TV in room has only 2 irrelevant channels(Bravo & Travel). All others have no siginal or broken pixels. Shower stall has black mold on edge and on drain hole. Wall and room layout has the feel of a retro-fitted cheap Motel 6. Breakfast ordinary.

Outside retreat

The hotel front desk attendant Kendrick was wonderful! Room clean, traveled with my dog, room was logistically convenient on floor 1. My dog and I enjoyed the lovely outside area before retiring to the room after a long day of travel. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location a few times. I love the fact that all of my family can share the huge 3 queen bed suite together. The only issue this time was the tub in Room 411. It's squeaky and feels unsafe, like its going to cave in, especially for adults. Otherwise, everything else was great.

This was my second time staying at this property, loved that it was close to work, clean and quiet. This trip i was told at check-in that they do not "rent" to locals!!! What the heck??? I have never been told to go somewhere else and denied service at a hotel based on where i lived. After panicing because it was passed the cancelation time and not knowing where to go that accepted dogs and not wanting to be charged a cancelation fee the general manager allowed me to stay only after letting me know that its the owners policy. I explain that its nowhere in the website that they do not allow locals to stay there. The reason i was given is that "the locals" apparently "trash" the rooms. My thing is like if you have their card on file then charge them for damages just like every other hotel would. I was very thankful for getting to stay but i prolly wont go through that hassle again... I would suggest that if thats is the case these hotel's should have a big notice that if you are a local you are not welcome.most places ive been offer locals a discount for staying with them, especially during off seasons.

Amazing staff - Clean

The staff is literally awesome. So friendly. The check in was a breeze and the two ladies working the breakfast on Easter morning couldn't have been nicer and happier. Room was clean and it was a nice little stop on our longer trip down 95.

Good stay

My stay was pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that I left my clippers and trimmers in the bathroom of my room and they weren’t turned into the desk staff. Other than that I’d recommend it.
