Breakfast has closed for the season. Location was convenient on Route 6, but removed from the highway noise. Room was clean and had nice tv with plenty of channels plus microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom and shower had everything I needed.

We love the suites at this location! They are the perfect size for a family with kids to spread out especially on rainy days when outside activities may be limited. The pool is a huge bonus for us!

The room was super clean and well kept, the property was in a beautiful location, it felt serene yet was conveniently located-- whether you wanted to go south to Chatham or north to Provincetown, it was an easy and lovely drive. The service for the rooms was impeccable. We didnt use the breakfast but it was nice to have the option available onsite as well.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Oct 4-9. The room was spacious and clean. The indor and outdoor pools were open and the hot tub was working. We had breakfast at the Hotel, and it was a very good cafe with good service and we were able to enjoy our breakfast and coffee. The CapeCod bike trail was accessible via a path behind the motel. The area has a lot of good dining options, and it was easy for us to get to beaches nad sightseeing spots along the outer Cape. They had homemade chocolate chip cookies at reception, which was a really nice treat after a long drive. We would definately recommend this as an affordable option and would stay again.
