Let me start by saying we checked in at 3:10 and check out at 3:20. The office clerk who checked us is was not friendly,not even a smile. The office also was not clean by any means so the set the stage for what we might be walking into. From the outside it doesn’t look to bad but the second we opened the door to the studio cottage we rented there was an awful smell. The room was not inviting and outdated. It was not clean the curtains and chairs were gross. The toilet was dirty as well as dirt in corners of the room. We immediately decided not to stay. We asked kindly for a refund where we would not be staying because of the condition of the cabin, I got a rude response with no refund from them because unfortunately we used Expedia we needed to go through them for a refund. To no surprise they have reached out many times without being able to speak with the manager. Don’t waste your time booking here there are plenty of other better hotels/motels in wells.
