Lobby area is outdated. You can tell room key covers are reused as they are worn. 2nd Floor had a major waterleak going on with a large tub under it collecting the water (which was full). Ethernet line and switches were falling out of the ceiling. Room overall was decent. Bed comfortable. Surfaces had a stickiness to them, guessing from the cleaner used as they were not dirty. Hot water did not work, water was lukewarm at best. Went to get breakfast at 645AM (which it goes from 630AM-9AM). There was 6 pieces of white bread, a box of six Glazer doughnuts from the gas station near it, half a dozen yogurts to pick from, the cereal containers were half full, and there was no hot food. No one was around at checkout, which I just dropped my keys and left. I will not be staying here again if work brings me back this direction. Hopefully there are some upgrades coming to this hotel as I have stayed in the past and it was decent.
Very limited breakfast for being 645 when offered from 630-9. No hot food items.
Tub was full of water from a leak, which was also leaking into the lobby a floor below. Ethernet wires hanging down.

Toilet did not flush. When reported the manager said that all the toilets were broken. Breakfast was sparse, the coffee cold. Rooms were not clean. Hallway smelled of smoke. Dirty towel in the bathroom. Food in the microwave. Tub had a ring. Roaches. We will not go back.

The staff could barely understand me. The room was pretty bad also. The toilet wouldn't flush, most of the light bulbs over the sink didn't work, there was a napkin on the floor, some bugs or crumbs (I don't know which) on the nightstand, The toilet paper holder was rusty and gross and the bed was so uncomfortable I could barely sleep.

Staff members were very nice and courteous. The television did not have access to any channels when turned on. Upon flushing the toilet it did not stop running until I lifted the lid and manually adjusted the stopping mechanism. I eliminated a total of three live roaches that I found roaming within the bathtub.

Dumpster in parking lot. TV in our room did not work. Another couple we knew stayed in another room down the hall. Their TV also did not work. Back door latch/lock broken, so door DID NOT lock. Anyone could come and go as they pleased wether they were staying in the hotel or not. Unkempt gentleman sitting outside the back door smoking every time we entered or left the building. Carpet in room not vacuumed and questionable mold on bathroom ceiling. The room door was swollen and did not easily close and lock. Breakfast not appealing at all. Will not stay here again.

They called me to say that their system had a "glitch" and they said they would not honor my reservation. They offered me no recourse and no help in finding another room. I had to drive three hours home late a night and cancel my plans on the Mississippi river for the folksinging day. They were quite rude during the entire process.

Floor was sticky, there is mold in the bathroom on the wall and in the shower. The two people working were extremely unprofessional. Apparently a previous guest left them a note and they "do not care" to quote them. I get it. Customer service isn't for everyone and it's not always fun, but you don't have a place of employment without customers.

This property must be in the middle of a remodel. Back of property parking lot was a hot mess and super sketchy. Went down to get breakfast at 845 all that was there was cold cereal and yogurt in fridge.... Was a Lil but of scrambled eggs and pancake syrup without any waffle maker or anything else. supsketchy
